Exhibitors and sponsors

The annual South Dakota Chiropractors Association Spring Conference will be held April 18-19, 2008 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center, Sioux Falls, SD. We are expecting more than 150 DCs, their spouses and staff to attend the annual spring conference. Exhibit hours are 8am-5:30pm on both Friday April 18 & Saturday April 19. As a vendor, you will be able to set up you displays on Thursday April 17, from 4:00pm until 10:00pm.

The SDCA will be holding its President's Awards Dinner and Social at the Carnivale Brazilian Restaurant on Friday April 18th. As vendors, we welcome you to plan to attend this social and visit with the membership. On behalf of the SDCA, I invite you to consider exhibiting your goods and services at the conference and sponsoring an event. This is one of the best opportunities the SDCA offers each year to meet South Dakota doctors and some from surrounding states face-to-face. There are three ways you can participate in the conference and effectively market your goods and services to our members:

• Bronze Sponsor (exhibit only) - One exhibit space and mention in the final conference agenda. Price is $300 for each exhibit space.
• Silver Sponsor (exhibit space and break sponsorship) - One exhibit space, sponsorship of a break, company name listed on conference agenda, company name announced from podium, company name listed in the newsletter and your company poster displayed at break sponsored. Price is $800.
• Gold sponsor (exhibit space and meal sponsorship) - One exhibit space, sponsorship of a meal, company name announced twice from podium, company name listed on conference agenda, company name listed in the newsletter and your company poster displayed at meal sponsored. Price is $1,000.

Exhibit areas will be assigned on site, and your company name and a complimentary list of the names and addresses of all conference attendees and a conference schedule will be placed in your area. We will hold all breaks in the exhibit hall to increase traffic. Also, numerous microphone mentions during meetings will be made promoting the exhibit hall. In addition, exhibitors will be listed in the Annual Report, distributed at the conference.

• Throughout the day on Friday and Saturday of the conference, members from the SDCA Board of Directors and Dave Thomas of Wild Horses Multimedia, Inc. will be visiting with each exhibitor on a one-on-one basis to discuss some exciting new opportunities for you to partner with the SDCA at future events with some new sponsorship packages we are unveiling.
• AUXILIARY RAFFLE - you are invited to bring an item to donate to the SDCA Auxiliary Raffle. A representative from the Auxiliary will be around Friday to your booths to collect donations for the raffle. The raffle will be held during the Saturday morning break.

Exhibits are 10 ft X 10 ft. display areas with one 8 ft. skirted table and two chairs and a wastebasket. If you need an additional space, you will need to order a second exhibit booth space. The Sioux Falls Convention has several order forms I have attached with this memo re: their costs for electrical, internet, and other equipment you might need. You need to fill out the appropriate forms and send them with payment for these services directly to the Convention Center.
